Check-in starts at 15h00 and check-out must be done by 11h00.
In the event of missing items or damage to your room or common areas, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, as well as any extra consumption that has not been paid for after check-in.
Dear Faro Guest House (Búzios e Faróis, Lda.) is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of jewelry, money or any other valuables left in the rooms.
Forgotten personal belongings are kept for 30 days after the check-out date.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Our rooms are all non-smoking. Guests who breach this policy may be fined up to 750 euros in accordance with the law (Law no. 109/2015 of 26 August) and will be charged an immediate extra 75 euros for cleaning.
Guests who do not leave by check-out time will be charged an additional full day’s accommodation fee. If the guest refuses to leave, Dear Faro reserves the right to enter the accommodation, remove their belongings, change the locks and take any other necessary measures.
During your stay at Dear Faro, we want you to feel at home. However, if you find something wrong or doesn’t work, please report it to us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
